We purchased an Eiki EK-131W LCD projector. Our major issue was that Eiki was out of stock and we had to wait a couple of months for a new shipment to arrive from overseas. That was not any fault of Audio General. Once the shipment arrived, Pieter arranged for a drop shipment directly from Eiki which expedited the projector's arrival. He kept us informed of shipping and charging. Audio General's price was about 10% lower than other suppliers. This projector is a major improvement over our previous one. No issues in installation or set up. We are very happy with it so far. |

Buying the right mounting plates for the myriad of projectors out there is always risky. It is so easy to get the incorrect mount, and there are so many variables, and the manufacturers change models constantly. I had a 20 projector installation. Some of which were discontinued projectors my client supplied. Customer service was always there for me, asking the questions, and offering alternatives to get my installations done right., on time, and on budget. |

| Extremely pleased with our purchase. One of our church’s two IMAG projectors went out and it was discontinued from the manufacturer. All I could find online were used projectors that would not match the one that was still working or had extremely questionable histories. Audio General not only had it in stock but it was completely brand new sealed! We are extremely happy with this purchase as it saves us from having to purchase more than we needed. | Audio General charged me $710 restocking fee after I discovered the projector they recommended was not the best choice and I selected a different projector and made an exchange. I understand there may be some costs associated with restocking, accounting, etc. but 10% of a $7,000 projector is unreasonable especially since I exchanged for a different projector. | |||
