The projector is both compact at 5.6 x 15.4 x 12.6 inches (HWD) and relatively lightweight at 12.1 pounds, accommodating portability when needed and further simplifying installation for either permanent or temporary setups. It's low maintenance design should require only periodic cleaning of its accessible, side-accessed filter.

At its maximum distance, making a 130" Diag screen, the projector has a positive offset of 18". And with no lens shift, you need to keep it at that offset. I imagine the projector is going to be in the way of the viewers, since it is both somewhat close to the screen, and sitting 18" in the way. I wonder how this projector would normally be used? What is its ideal setting? Perhaps it is optimized for a rear projection system?

There are many applications for short throws like this, including tabletop placement in a conference room or inverted and hung from the ceiling a short distance from the screen wall.

Hi, The throw distance is listed as 1.8 - 4.0 feet. As such, please explain what you mean when you say it has a "corresponding throw range from 3.5 to 9.2 feet?" Thanks, Alton

Alton, you flagged an error for us and it has now been corrected, so you have our thanks. The image size and throw distance information now seen in the article is from our own calculator, which specifically cites distance from the lens to the screen. Thank you
